Vote by Mail

The State of Nevada became an all mail-in ballot state in 2021 with the passage of Assembly Bill 321. If you are an active voter at the time ballots are mailed out before an election, you will receive your ballot in the mail. You can request to opt-out of this program by submitting a completed Mail Ballot Preference Form:

• Tagalog

Mail ballots can be mailed in, or you can drop your ballot off at one of our manned Ballot Drop Off Locations staged throughout the county when Early Voting starts.

Please Note: USPS Postmark Changes as of 2026

• Mail Ballots must be postmarked by June 9, 2026.
• Most postmarks now reflect the date your mail is first processed at a facility, not necessarily the date it was dropped off (unless you go to the retail counter and they hand stamp it).
